TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Prior to purchasing products from Wild Flora Bridal Ltd, it is important that you read and understand the following terms and conditions associated with the sale of these goods.

 

  1. The order shall be accepted entirely at our discretion and shall constitute a legally binding contract between us and you and such contract is hereafter referred to in these terms and conditions as the order.

  2. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall prejudice any condition or warranty express or implied or any legal remedy to which we may be entitled in relation to the goods/ and or the work the subject of this order.

  3. Sample Dresses and Sale goods are “sold as seen”, exclusive of alterations and are non-refundable for either refund or exchange.

  4. All fabrics comprise of natural fibres. The weaving of the fabric may therefore contain variations and irregularities that are characteristics of fine silk yarn. These in no way should be constituted as a defect nor should Wild Flora Bridal Ltd be held at fault.

  5. Alteration costs are in addition to the cost of the product(s) We can recommend a seamstress for any alterations. We do not accept any liability for any alterations, or damage caused during alterations completed by an external company.

  6. Wild Flora will be pleased to assist you in the choice of design, style and colour of your product(s). Wild Flora Bridal Ltd accepts no responsibility in respect of such matters, nor for any problems of additional costs that result in your change of instruction or due to your change in weight subsequent to the date of the order.

  7. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and in the event of any dispute the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

SAMPLE DRESSES
NEW ORDER DRESSES

Prior to purchasing products from Wild Flora Bridal Ltd, it is important that you read and understand the following terms and conditions associated with the sale of these goods.

 

  1. The order shall be accepted entirely at our discretion and shall constitute a legally binding contract between us and you and such contract is hereafter referred to in these terms and conditions as the order.

  2. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall prejudice any condition or warranty express or implied or any legal remedy to which we may be entitled in relation to the goods/ and or the work the subject of this order.

  3. A 50% deposit is payable before an order is taken. Monies are not refundable or transferable to other orders (Sale of Goods Act 1979). Deposits cannot be transferred to other products or services.

  4. Once the dress has gone into production there is no refunds due to each dress being a made to measure dress. No refunds of deposit will be given on any part of the order. In the event of cancellation, payment must be made in full for all ordered items. The goods will not be released until payment in full has been received and for cheques not until they have been cleared.

  5. We will contact you when the product is delivered here at the boutique. The balance of the product is payable when it arrives at Wild Flora Bridal Ltd.  It is your responsibility to view and accept the product acceptance.

  6. Product(s) are supplied in a standard size. Measurements are taken as a guide to ascertain the standard size and not made to measure.

  7. Each measurement taken can have up to a 2cm tolerance either way.

We will take your basic size measurements to order the product.  Generally further alterations will be required.

 

We are able to offer a rush service, where the gown is made and delivered 16 weeks.  Please contact us for more information regarding this.

 

Delivery of your product will be between 16 – 20 weeks.  We will notify you of any changes and contact you immediately when it arrives here at Wild Flora.  You are welcome to collect the parcel or we can send this out at an additional cost that includes an insurance to cover the price of the dress.  Please contact us for a price for this service.
